Can I change or cancel my order before it’s shipped?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is still possible to change or cancel it. Once you have received the shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order. Orders are processed as quickly as possible to meet our stated delivery times. Since you have a right of withdrawal, you can return the products to us. Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive an order confirmation on your email address provided. If you have not received a confirmation, contact us.
Do I receive a shipping confirmation?

Shipping Information: This e-mail will be sent as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Once you receive this mail, you will have your order delivered within two business days.

Where can I enter a coupon code for an online order?
When you are ready to place your order, go to the shopping cart. Enter your promotional code carefully in the promotional code section at the checkout. Make sure that the promotional code you enter does not contain additional spaces before or after the promotion code; This happens sometimes when you copy and paste from an email or other electronic communication form.
